Hiya, kids! This is the inaugural post on the Unofficial Matter blog. What’s the point of this, you ask? I’ll tell ya:
1. Archive, simplify, and organize “peripheral” communication
All those links that fly around Matter for interesting, cool, sometimes even important stuff but don’t exactly qualify as specific or work-related enough to go on an “official” site? Here’s where they go. And while it may not cut down on inbox filler (see forthcoming email subscription thingy), it will be a centralized and referencable repository for good knowledge.
2. Give the world a glimpse into awesome
Not everyone can be lucky enough to work at Matter HQ, where the building veritably shakes from the powerful brains under its roof. (Okay, fine, it literally shakes from the powerful trains just out back.) But whatever the cause of the vibe, it makes sense to let more humans than just us feel it. And since we’re talking about humans most of the time anyway, it just seems fair to let them in on the conversation.
